Booking Fee to secure a time/date. Which is redeemed against your treatment on the date chosen.
•Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE!
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 48 HOURS NOTICE. Less notice will result in a loss of your Booking Fee!
• If you are to CANCEL or NO SHOW within 24 hours of your treatment, FULL payment is required!
• If you have purchased a course of treatments but FAIL TO ATTEND your appointment, you will LOSE that missed course session.
• Courses are NON-REFUNDABLE as these are paid upfront after your first session.
